ControlMapping Menu Visual Error

If no mod that registers a new Category is enabled at the same time, then ControlMapper → Mods won't show any entries at all all actions registered to the default Category will be invisible
No errors will show up in the log

Do I understand correctly that you did CoreLibMod.LoadSubmodule(typeof(ControlMappingModule)); without actually adding any keybinds? What is the usecase for doing something like this?

No, I did actually register a keybind — I just didn't pass in a CategoryID parameter
