As outlined on the Wiki page, TeamLocker has three products. This epic groups together all the Sprint-Zero activities for the project. It does not include any useful functionality though, so the products can all be ‘hello-world’ o.n.o.
Mostly based on TeamGroove, the expectation is that we will use:

poetry for the build process

CircleCI for the automated builds

Test PyPI as our target packaging repository, with an eye to switching to PyPI later on

PEX as the format for our standalone executables.
