If projectile goes off screen if continues forever.. It should wrap around instead.
When projectile hits player or player hits another player, not enough feedback
E.g. explosion, different sprites
brief invulnerability after hit?
Also would solve toxic cloud repeatedly hitting the player
Also could do same when respawning
