用了一段时间后，突然出现upload current user input file: upload file failed，之后一直都是这个 重启都没用

账号轮询机制换成新添加账号，把出现报错的自动禁用应该能解决这个问题

临时邮箱+全局代理 去注册邮箱模式的账号添加进去 不就是无限多个账号 帐号多了去轮询可能会好一些

this happened to me too, like at the same time. I added new fresh account and it got mutted like 30 mins later, i have like 20 account with their own proxy.
