Gives when saved:
The request content was invalid and could not be deserialized: 'Could not find member 'name' on object of type 'PolicyDefinitionProperties'. Path 'properties.name', line 1, position 192.'.

Just from comparing with the video* demo I can see the files are different...eg no properties object.

I found a fix/workaround that appears to work...just remove the "name": "d5a4e29c-8c1a-4d59-9f42-7b1b2f8a6e31" from the top level json and then submit it

MonkeyNinja - The format of the files in this repository are in the import/export format, and contain additional metadata that is not necessary when creating a policy in the portal. The contents of these files cannot be copy/pasted directly into the new policy definition policy rule editor as that editor is just for the rule portion of the policy.
