Subject: [PATCH] feat(workspaces): show import source, linked URL, indexed-at
 timestamp, and error hints

- Display source type badge and linked external source URL
- Include default branch tag and indexed-at timestamp when present
- Retain stored failure error message with actionable retry guidance
