Mac restarts when connected to USB

Hardware info

• M1 Pro 10-core
• MacBook Pro 14 in
• Sandisk external SSD 500GB

Software info

• Fresh install of UEFI option via the Asahi Installer.
• Kali linux M1 Bare Metal
• Balena Etcher (for burning to usb)

Description

When I plug in the drive and start my mac (EFI partition is standard boot) it seems like its working fine. after a few seconds the mac restarts and the same happens again.

this could either be a duplicate of of #4 or if another USB device is connected (especially a card reader without media) the issue fixed by 8a137f4 which is not yet in the u-boot binary installed by the installer

Update:

Now i have formatted my usb drive with macos extended journal and copied the files uit of the iso and placed them in the root. So no using balena etcher. When booting in uboot i get this:
