Dependabot could not rebase this itself -- the branch was cut before the DDD restructure and it failed on two rebase attempts and a recreate. Same change it was always making: widen the mypy constraint. Verified against main that this resolves (mypy 2.3.1) and that it does not change what CI enforces -- test.yml runs black, isort, ruff, lint-imports, pytest and the CLI help checks, not mypy. poetry.lock is gitignored in this repo, so pyproject.toml is the whole change.
