Notifications don't display AW icon

Hi, Brayo. A new issue has come up. After merging #227 the changes made by Erik in #223 were reverted. I noticed this while using the latest build.

I've identified and fixed the regression in PR #227. The issue was that while adding the proper notification icon fix, it accidentally reverted the text improvements from PR #223.

The fix (PR #232):

• ✅ Restores notification title: 'ActivityWatch' (was 'ActivityWatch Server')
• ✅ Restores notification text: 'Running in the background' (was 'Server and sync running in background')
• ✅ Keeps the icon fix from PR fix(notify): use ActivityWatch logo as notification small icon #227: using ic_stat_notification

Verified on master: both notification builders use R.drawable.ic_stat_notification (the dedicated alpha-only status-bar icon from #227), with the #223 title/text restored by #232.

#227 and #232 are merged. I don't have close permission on this repo — a maintainer can close this.
