fix(lsp): resolve file:// references for built-in Alpine workspace

The references panel handled content:// and sftp:// URIs from LSP
servers, but failed to resolve file:// URIs used by the built-in Alpine
terminal workspace.

Added file:// support to resolveContentUriForFileUri() and normalized
Android's /data/user/0/ and /data/data/ path aliases so Acode and LSP
servers resolve the same files consistently.

This restores Go to Definition, Find References, and Symbol Rename across
Alpine workspace files, including cross-file imports without requiring a
formal project structure.
