Remove alert groups

/v1/alert/groups has been removed
prometheus/alertmanager#1525

I'm unsure if its available for v2. Honestly we need to update to support the v2 api anyway

Hello, how do I remove an alert that I no longer need? There's a post alert method but I can't see how to delete alerts. Thanks :)
