Testing nitrocop

I'm interested in using Nitrocop to help reduce our linting/formatting time. We have a ruby on rails codebase using Rubocop where we could help test Nitrocop.

hey @jonochang, I appreciate the interest! I'm working on getting it to a stable state, but I would say it's not quite there yet (there are still too many false-positives).

If you want to give it a test run, I published a prerelease to https://crates.io/crates/nitrocop (rubygem wrapper coming soon)

Hopefully if you check back in a week or two I'll be closer to having it 1:1 with RuboCop.
